At Audio Advice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance audio and video gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer's packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup for larger home theater components.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
